Resumé ︎︎︎
Andrew received his BFA in Graphic Design from Appalachian State University where he served as Appstate AIGA’s Treasurer and Vice President. As a Research Assistant for Jody Servon (Artist and Sharpe Chair of Fine and Applied Arts), he helped generate layout ideas for Saved: Objects of the Dead (designer: Elena Schlenker), a photography and poetry book by Jody Servon and Lorene Delany-Ullman. Post-graduation he contracted with the publisher, Artsuite, to design the website in January 2023.
Andrew is currently a freelance designer in western NC and continues to explore various processes and interactive technologies to inform his practice. Taking an interdisciplinary approach to design, he is always exploring new ways of seeing, new ways of thinking, and new ways of making, keeping up-to-date on the latest technology and pursuing a wide range of personal creative projects including: photography, animation, projection mapping, augmented reality, screenprinting, and typography.
